Terms & Conditions

By booking with Stocky's Detailing you agree to the following:

• Appointments under £100 require a £10 deposit, over £100 require a £25 deposit, over £150 requires a £50 deposit.

• Appointments are available 7 days a week.

• Booking is subject to availability.

• Stocky's require 3 days notice to re-schedule bookings, anything under 3 days (except in exceptional circumstances at Stocky's discression) will result in the loss of your deposit, as will a cancellation.

• Stocky's reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe/unsuitable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days based on the condition you have described or the photos provided, if upon inspection the vehicle is in a worse condition, you will be informed of any amendments prior to commencing the work.

• Additional charges may apply for excessively mud/sand or dog hair due to the extra time required to remove these, this will be agreed before the work is carried out.

• Whilst all efforts are taken, some stains, scratches, pet hair, odours, or contamination may not be fully removable.

• The Customer must inform Stocky's Detailing of: existing damage, electrical faults, sensitive surfaces or aftermarket modifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.

• Stocky's will take before-and-after photographs for marketing, unless the customer advises we cannot.

• The Customer must provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle, at the agreed time.

• The vehicle must be emptied of personal items prior to visit, any items found will be given to the customer however we are not liable for any loss of items.

• Car seats must be removed in order for the work to take place, Stocky's will not install or remove these.

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion and Stocky's must be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify any issues
